leeloo3 was here yesterday, we watched some movie and... drank wine. Two glasses each, but for some reason that emptied the bottle. Needless to say I felt really, really unwell this morning. Yay Monday! *g* Luckily boss didn't really notice. Anyway, note to self: Sundays are for abstinence.
Not sure when or how I pulled something in my back though, it hurts when I bent over. I'm falling apart!

Weekend is near! I have nothing planned and intend to keep it that way - I need two lazy days and get some writing done. *g*
I don't think I've mentioned it, but January was actually quite a mopey month for me. I blame it on those twelve days without sun in a row (apparently we set a new record with that). ;) Anyway, one of the by-products was this:

My nephew's enrollment is tomorrow - how did that happen so fast? I still remember him so clearly as the fat little baby that he was, with his adorable curls. *is nostalgic* Anyway, we'll spend an enjoyable day with 'celebrations' tomorrow. :P Getting up early on a Saturday, that's not what I had in mind.
Speaking of nostalgia, karmalicious84 sort of brought back my love for King Arthur. Let's see what comes out of it. ;D

Oh, for the category of 'Great Moments in Life': Sitting at the coffee table with your almost 80 years old great aunt while she's leafing through a photo book about... Bondage (my sister had to write about that as part of an application at a publisher). Well, she's a pretty open journalist, so there, but it was still weird. :P
I definitely ate too much. *purrrr*

Yesterday was fun, it was great having them all over. I even have some yummy cake left. ;D Unfortunately I also obtained some kind of weird ear ache or something - not sure what it is, but I can't really chew. *huffs* In that case the cake is perfect, not much to chew there - life's hard!

I think most of you know it already, but to say it out loud: I suck at cooking. I blame my personal cook aka The Mom. She's just too good, thus I'm lacking motivation to do it myself. But today I thought I should leave for work with something substantial in my stomach (so I won't be tempted to gnaw at a customer - they don't like that), and grabbed a package with some sort of Risotto. Looked easy, like one of those you just chuck into the pan and pray you don't forget to look after it in 10 Minutes. It said 'ready in 18 Minutes' too. Ha, cheating! I gave up when they demanded white wine, went to work sort of hungry and afterwards went grocery shopping even more hungry. I just ate a huge portion of Mousse au Chocolat. *licks lips*
In other news: What part of "Don't ever call me again." might be subject to free interpretation? *kicks stupid ex-coworker*

You probably didn't notice but I skipped posting yesterday (cause I really need to break the 'post every day' habit and I'm behind in answering comments anyway ;D), and went to see my Doctor instead. Turns out I couldn't remember bruising my arm because I didn't - I have an inflamed vein. Now I'm under strict orders to not move my arm, so no work either and less typing too, I guess. My boss was thrilled. ;D
Btw, if I disappear all of a sudden it's also due to a connection change that should happen today - if all goes well it means faster internet, if not I screwed up and will end up without a connection or a landline. ;D

Anyway, someone asked about Bunny icons, and I managed a few. ;D Requests are fine, but no promises. See above.

It really is Monday. Anyway, the job interview was nice, actually. Really pleasant, and some of it sounded good. Though if I strip it of the sweet words it's just not it. They had something temporary for about two weeks, starting today. But despite it smelling of desperation on their side there wasn't any guarantee that they'll have more for me after those two weeks. I did that before and it caused more trouble than it was worth in the end and as a start in a temp agency it's simply shite. Cross fingers they can offer me something for a longer period soon. ;)
