So, this week. Computer still not fixed, but at least I can do a few things on it anyway. *g*
Also, beginning Friday I was trying out something new: Eating ketogenic, meaning next to no carbohydrates. Sort of a diet, though the goal for me isn't losing weight but to help my exercising. However, after two days of sugary withdrawal symptoms and mind torture (it's funny how you start to envision all the good stuff you just love to eat when you're not allowed to) I had to drop out for now. Too many ketone bodies to be normal in such a short time, so have to have this checked out first.
I know, holding your breath, are you? *g*

I'm on the mend, just tired most of the time and still with one red eye that looks like I'm partying too much. Work's a little crazy, but one more day and I'm off for a long weekend. ;) I'll be down in Mainz, with him. Making new memories to replace the old ones, you know?

A little late, but nonetheless: Happy New Year!
The last few days had their ups and downs, but I'll stick to the ups. ;) Tomorrow it's back to work again and I so don't want to get up early. *pouts and stomps foot*
Been lazy the last two days - the bf got me the american version of Queer As Folk (the first two seasons) for christmas, watched the first five episodes in a row yesterday, so I guess we can say I like it. *g* Been hunting down the british version as well, just because. Also rewatching the fourth season of Farscape since I've seen it only once so far and the memory is slightly fuzzy. Inbetween I've been playing Enslaved on the Xbox - damn, that main character Monkey looked familiar, but it took me a while to figure out why: Andy Serkis 'plays' and voices him. *g*

*clings to Sunday* Was even more unproductive today, at least when it comes to stuff that doesn't require a computer. But it's Sunday after all... one that is rapidly riding into the sunset, dammit. Pityu is staring at me - I have no clue what he wants. We just went for a walk. Talk to me, furball.

I didn't get the job after all, though they didn't give any reasons as to why exactly - so it was probably just my nose that didn't fit. Was moping around a little yesterday, but I recovered from that already. ;) Actually, today I had a nice if short 'getting to know you' talk in another temp agency with two potential jobs, so let's see what comes out of that. ;) Might have given them the impression that I'm very talkative (which I'm actually not), but it was entirely their fault. They encouraged me. :P

Finished reading Stardust and started with Anansi Boys (I'm taking what the library has to offer in english), by Neil Gaiman again. I'm still glad ladyireth kinda introduced me to his writings, even if completely by accident. *g*

Yesterday was a great, the weather was perfect and it was fun paddling around. We even paid a short visit to our garden, my mother and Pityu afterwards. *g* Was naturally tired when I came home, and I feel every muscle in my arms, back and stomach today. Have a few bruises too. *g*
