Well, I'm back. ;) Had two cards waiting for me - thank you domelom and anli! *tacklehugs*
Still kind of catching up, work tomorrow again which I could do without, but what else is new, right? ;) Had a lovely long weekend, fun and relaxed how it should be, I suppose. *g* The train ride back was interesting - I didn't have a reserved seat as usual and it was packed, meaning I was standing or sitting on the floor during the whole four and a half hours. That alone ain't all that exciting, I know, but was a good opportunity to talk to my fellow floor occupants, mainly one - really nice guy, intelligent, great to talk with, I had a good time. And his number.
Am not sure what to make of it yet, though.

So, somehow it was Sunday the other day and now it's Thursday. Which kind of is like it always works, but this time I'm not sure where the other days inbetween went. *strokes beard*
Anyway, free day tomorrow, which would be a definite Yay! (and not having to get up early is pretty nice), weren't it for the funeral I have to attend. Nay. I really don't want to go, but family would make a fuss if I bailed. Long story for another time.

What a day. I've been like an emotional yo-yo: up, down, up, down. Luckily, up now. I've said the words (well, I've written them), and the world didn't go down. Nice. *g*
I feel exhausted now, though.

The birthday yesterday was cute and was a nice opportunity to see my siblings again, just wish I weren't that tired. Same today, and I could claim that sleep is elusive, but mostly it's me not going to bed early enough. ;)
Anyhoo, I got the car for this week and rediscovered just how much I love driving. I never drove an automatic before, but got used to it quickly - besides the occasional twitching when I want to change the non-existant gear. *g*
In other news, I'm a bloody ol' fool and here's something different, RPG graphics wise. ;)

I have a song partly stuck in my head - and I can't figure out which one it is. I don't even get enough of the lyrics together to search for them. *stomps foot* It's probably not even a great song... *mumbles*
We've got a few of these days recently that I love about autumn: Clear sky, sunshine, freezing cold. I could do without the latter being that freezing, but I suppose actually dressing a bit warmer would help. Sort of.
Look, there's Henry Cavill again. And if you wouldn't have guessed from the writing - as a Medicus in Arthurian times. ;)
