I wanted to write something intelligent (not), but all I can think of right now is CRAMP! in my right foot. Getting old here. Happens often lately, I guess I really need some sort of diet plan (for proper nutrition, mind you, not losing weight *hands on hips*). I'm also contemplating to start kickboxing classes. I think I'm going insane.
