Icontutorials # 12 and 13 for Photoshop CS

I'm off soon to Uni and then to work. Will be back in what seems like ages *whines*. lol
However, I was a busy bee already ;).

I've been asked for two tutorials that are kinda similar, thus I'm putting them in one post ;).
The first one is for icons like this, especially the colouring:

I did it from a .psd file, hopefully it's not too confusing.

Feel free to point out any mistakes or unclear steps. Keep in mind that I ran out of coffee this morning :P.
