I am beyond devastated for you. I know what Pityu meant to you and how much you loved him ... and so did he. He had a wonderful, loved, full life with you. He couldn't have hoped for a better family.
You did the right thing. It's the last, kind thing we can do for them. It will always hurt but you'll find a way to be okay with it.
