The Travelling Scrapbook

Today was a short and therefor not as tiring day as the rest of the week. Apparently we worked fast *pats self on shoulder*. And despite my hands and arms looking like I played with a bunch of razor blades, my aching feet and the absence from the laptop I must say that I actually have fun at work. Just because I'm getting along with two of the girls there who happen to be quite funny. And loud. They're keeping me sane, along with you sweeties showing me that you care *blows kisses*.

Yet I didn't get anything done o.O. I'm confusing myself with my way of going through the friends page, sorry if I missed something! *peers* And I downloaded caps from 12 Monkeys for icons, but I'm not going to finish them today, seeing that I didn't even start yet *whistles*. Thus I'll whip out my Plan B post. This one. *flails arms* Still with me?

For the warming up a meme that I've seen all over.

TrustFlow II: Who is closest to your friends list?

Attentionspan-test: The important part of this post.
This is something [livejournal.com profile] elrawien is doing at the moment and she kindly allowed me to borrow her idea, since I absolutely love it.
Basically it is me sending a scrapbook out to someone who is interested to take part, who has one or two pages to do anything with (well, maybe except ripping them out) and then sends it to the next person on the not yet existing list.
This will take some more planning of course, but for now I'd like to know if there's anyone interested at all and who would that be. Maybe with telling me where you live, too. I know it in some cases, but not all, and it would help to come up with a decent route for the book without sending it back and forth over large distances ;).
Furthermore tell me in advance if you have any problems with your address being given out to a stranger not on your flist, as this might be necessary. If there's interest, that is. *blows more kisses*

Good to know the work is going good, fun even.

And I'd be happy to participate on your Scrapbook thingie. So, count me in.

Wonderful, thanks hon :)

*prods* I tried to send you an e-mail, but it came back. Are you okay?

It'll be fun, I'm sure. Remember you're the first, ok, the second on mine. ;)

You probably didn't manage to send the email because my hotmail account was full. Took care of that already. And no, everything's fine with me. No need to worry.

*hugs*

Indeed, even though I didn't even send it out yet I can't wait for getting it back!
*chuckles* I admit I'm quite glad I'm the second one, thus I'll have some sort of orientation... even though I already have ideas *wags finger and blocks any jedi mind tricks* ;)
I thought we maybe should take pics of what we did - just in case the book gets lost on the way.

Ah, okay :) *hugs back* I'm glad to hear that, hon.

Damn. :P Why did you block your mind? Meanie! *snort*

And about the orientation part...I don't know if it'll help. VĂ¢nia is going to be the first one as far as I know she's going to write something. Don't know what, but it'll probably be in portuguese. lol Or in english. *shrugs* She's making it a secret. So...It's good you have something in mind then. :D

And yes that'd be a good idea. I have some things I'll say before I send the book to everyone. Like trying not to take much long to add something to the book. I won't say "you have 1 week!" or whatever, that'd be stupid of me. Because I know how life can be hectic sometimes, but I'll ask them to take the least possible time as they can. This is more because then the next person who'll get the book doesn't have to wait for it too long and it'd be unfair. Anyways, will add your idea to the list. ;)

*smooch*
